By commissioning/sending me money, you are agreeing to the following terms
✦ Wait times may vary, I work a full-time 40 hour job and booth at conventions in my area. All commissions will be posted on my Trello (linked here) if you would like to see where you are in my queue.
✦ Please do not rush me, I do send work in progress images out as I get to different steps in my process. These steps would be: final sketch, this is when any changes can be made before anything permanent is done, final colors, and the official social media image for traditional pieces.
✦ I have the right to showcase and distribute any artwork I have created in any way. Requests can be made for piece to not be made public, but must be requested at the time of submitting the commission form.
✦ This includes, but not limited to, the use of commissioned work in portfolios, online galleries, personal advertisement, etc.
✦ If there is repeated violation of my terms of service, you will be added to a non-public blacklist.
✦ I am not responsible for any loss or damage of artwork.
After you have submitted a commission form, and I have reviewed, and approved the commission, you will be placed on my queue under the “Accepted Commission (Unpaid)” tab. Your slot will remain here while I wait for payment, within 48 hours, unless discussed beforehand; if payment is not received, request will be deleted.
✦ For Paypal: I will require your Paypal email address to send an invoice to you. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours, unless previously discussed.
✦ CashApp: I will require an email address to send a money request for the full commission amount. Getting the app should not be required to send money, and will just be via email. Request must be paid within 48 hours, unless previously discussed. Not available for NSFW pieces.
✦ Work on the commission will not start until full payment is received via invoice on Paypal/CashApp, or other previously discussed option.
✦ Please state clearly in your commission form all the details you are looking for in your piece, any changes that do not match the reference images, and such.
✦ Minor adjustments can be made at no charge during the sketching phase. Final sketch will be sent for approval, and any needed changes. Once approved, the commission will be marked as such on the Queue.
✦ Digital Only: small changes in flat colors, and/or shading colors can be adjusted.
✦ I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason. These can include, but not limited to being too busy, unable to meet commission standards, health reasons, personal/job related reasons, sensitive content, discriminatory or abusive behaviors, etc.
✦ I reserve the right to refund a commission due to violation of my terms of service or due to the inability to fulfill the commission due to other obligations/above reasons.
✦ If the client wishes to terminate the commission, full refunds will only be provided if no work has started for the piece (this includes sketches). Once started only partial refunds will be available equating to the amount of work done. If work has been finished, there is no options for a refund.
✦ MUST be 18+ to order NSFW, artistic nudity, or any pin-up commissions that may include any form of nudity. All nipples will be included in this for my own safeguard. This does not reflect how I view artistic nudity, but is necessary for my own protection.
✦ Must be using an account with an outward facing age listed. Age will be re-confirmed over messages as well.
✦ Payments will only be available through Paypal.
✦ NSFW commissions will not be accepted through Facebook.
✦ NSFW commissions will not be available as physical pieces via online orders, but will be possible if ordered in person at a convention.
✦ Claim art as your own or remove my signature
✦ Repost my art without crediting and/or linking it to me.
✦ Mass produce for financial gain, resell my art. (ie: print onto shirts/mugs/etc to sell.)
